Metro Mattress Batavia

We bought our mattress on August 8th and were given different delivery dates, but finally a delivery date of August 22 was given. However, now we have no idea when we will receive our mattress. No one ever told us there was a delay and no one ever reached out to us. We finally called the store ourselves and were told it wouldn’t be delivered and there was no explanation. Very disappointing; especially when the mattress is needed for a back problem. We try to buy locally, but the customer service is definitely lacking. Be your own advocate when dealing with this store or you may end up never knowing when or if you will get your mattress. I do not recommend.

Store manager was very helpful and the delivery men where very nice. They showed up 2 hours early but everything worked out. Was not informed that we had to wait 24 hours to sleep on it until it was delivered which caused a little problem.

Just purchased our new Tempur-pedic mattress and base today. Had a great experience trying out mattresses with Orlando. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy, which we greatly appreciated, as well as worked with me over the phone to monitor for other possible deals that popped up. We went back today, 2 days later, worked with Jake and Hailey who answered all of my questions, helped me get a great deal, and made the purchase process very easy!

Metro mattress does not stand behind their product! On May 18, 2022 we bought a king sized adjustable bed frame and twin sized mattresses for $9179.00. Each mattress in our package was $2900.00. Three years later (May 2, 2025) we went back to the store to complain about a large depression that developed in one mattress making it impossible to sleep on. The store sent a representative to our house on May 20, 2025 to examine the mattress. On June 3rd we called the store to inquire about any news regarding the mattress but they had no information. It is now going on the middle of June, still dealing with a broken mattress and no reply from the company.

It was a pleasure to work with Jake. He took the time to explain the difference in mattresses and helped us to select the one that best fits our needs. I highly recommend purchasing your mattress from Metro mattress.
