Xtreme Discount Mattress

You get what you pay for! We didn't even have this mattress for a full year and the stitching is ripping everywhere. They would not honor the warranty either.

We had a horrible experience today! My family & I have been customers of here for a very long time & always had excellent service & mattresses; so when this situation arose today we were shocked, appalled, & extremely disappointed!!! My family purchased a mattress set for my 88 year old grandma who is also disabled and it was too high for her to get on. So they needed to return the box spring. The delivery guys were very nice but said my mom & dad (Ricky & Niki Lang) had to go into the store to straighten it out. So they immediately went in within minutes of the delivery to return the box springs. The sales clerk was very nice but said it’s their policy they cannot return it but due to the circumstances he would call the head manager/owner to see if he would approve it. The man he called was not very willing to help in this situation. The clerk explained that they were long time customers & the reasoning behind the return. The best he said they could do was if they bought a replacement item they’d give them 30$ off but still charge them 50$ delivery & they would not return the 120$ box springs that caused the mattress to be too high. This is such poor customer service on the part of management/ownership of the business, especially being they’ve been long time loyal customers and the item they were returning was just delivered & never used. Needless to say my parents decided to end their business with them at that point. From there they went to D & R Outlet on Clinton Street in Batavia, Ny and they sold them the low profile box spring they needed (and tried to get at Extreme discount Mattress) brand new and at half the cost because they felt so bad about the experience they just had. I went there not knowing very much about hybrid mattresses except that I wanted one. The sales guy who's name I can't recall, spent over an hour with me while I tried out every mattress and he even let me lay on the adjustable one with built in massage 😍 all the while he told me extensive knowledge about hybrid mattresses and the difference between all the different kinds. The prices are so much cheaper than what you would pay anywhere else. I'm going back tomorrow to get the mattresses set he recommended outta all them so I'll update on quality after I test drive it for a while..

I had Phil Gates as my associate and he was amazing at his job! We had gone to Metro Mattress before this and was disappointed. He explained everything to us and we ended up getting a king size bed with an adjustable base. We have not moved into our house yet so he was able to put it on hold for us. He was great! It was a great experience!

In short, fast, easy, good price, decent quality. I needed decent but inexpensive bed and after some internet searching decided to check out Xtreme first. I needed to look no further. I was greeted at the door, told the salesman I was looking for an inexpensive full size, and he pointed me to three demo models to try with prices posted above them. Once I made my selection he asked if I wanted a frame or a mattress cover (yes and no) and didn't try to up sell me beyond that. The whole process took fifteen minutes and he helped me load my purchase. I got a bed I'm happy with and stayed well within my budget. Most importantly I didn't have to waste half the morning fending off high pressure sales pitches. I have already recommended them to friends.
