Metro Mattress Rochester

There are a lot of choices out there for getting a mattress. I told myself I would shop around and I did look online but I selected Metro Mattress in Webster. I worked with Chad who did an excellent job of explaining pros and cons to the choices, walked me through the meaning of the price points and helped me choose the mattress that is right for me. I was most appreciative that it didn’t take very long. I was offered the delivery date that was right for me. Overall a pleasant experience.

Matt was very helpful. Answered all of my questions clearly and even applied discounts to my order to save me hundreds. Would highly recommend metro mattress in webster. Ask for Matt and he will do everything in his power to get you the right mattress at a good price.

Walked in with an idea of what I wanted, I just wanted to shop around. Chad recognized that and respected my time. Everything was painless and I settled on a good choice with no regrets. Love their sampling system too, it's clever.

Chad was outstanding. First time buying a new mattress and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience and purchase.
