Midwest Mattress

This was a great experience. Xachari was personable and helpful. The only negative is I asked if the avocado mattress had a specification for slat support to remain in warranty and Xachari said it did not. After reviewing Avocado's warranty, the slats must be no more than 5" apart and 2.5" wide. This is pretty important information and the seller should be aware of all warranty information on the matresses they sell.

Jean was extremely nice and funny and I could tell she was passionate about helping people get great sleep. Very helpful and not at all pushy. She was truly there to help me get the best mattress for me and my partner! 10 outta 10 WOULD (A WILL) RECOMMEND!!!

Ray was amazing to work with! Her knowledge on each and every bed was beyond astonishing! She had simple questions for my wife and myself that helped us narrow it down to a handful of beds and we ended up falling in love with two. She was extremely helpful explaining the differences and similarities between the two, going over the warranty periods, the sleep guarantee, how the process works if we find out the bed we picked isn't for us. We even came back a day later and she helped us with an adjustable frame (we were going to reuse our sleep number base but decided against it after sleeping on it. If you're in the market for a new bed/matteress - ask for Ray! And be sure to sit in the massage chair!! Thanks again, Ray for all of the help this weekend!

Zeek was amazing to work with! He was very helpful and found a great option that I could get on short notice. We will definitely come back to buy the rest of the mattresses for our new home.
