Mission Mattress

We were recently in the market for a new mattress. Ten plus years ago we purchased a Helix from their website. We liked the mattress and wanted to stay with that company, but wanted to see if we could see the newer models in person. Mission Mattress is the only store anywhere near us that has floor models. We walked in one Saturday and spoke with Tracy. After listening to our story and understanding what we were looking for he showed us what would work. We picked a model and got a price quote and told him we would be back for the purchase. After a bit of saving we stopped into the store again and had our new Helix Mattress and foundation ordered. A couple of weeks later Tracy and his son Eli delivered and set everything up. They were great to work with getting the delivery at a time that worked with our schedule. If you are looking for a new mattress and want to purchase from a local business and not a big box store definitely pick Mission Mattress. You will have no regrets.

Bought a Helix midnight luxe mattress from Tracy at Mission Mattress and he kept me updated as to timing and installation very well. Install was professional and quick. He reminded me of Helix's 100 day guarantee if I didn’t feel comfortable with my new mattress and thought I would never need to use that. To be fair, I still can’t figure out if I am a back stomach or side sleeper and after a few weeks on this medium mattress I thought I might want a firmer model. I talked to Tracy and he said no problem I will bring you the next up in firm and install it for free. A week later he set up the firmer one and I couldn’t be happier. Top notch service. -Craig

We recently discovered Mission Mattress via a FB post thru a mutual friend of the owner of the store, Tracy. We had been considering getting a new mattress and ended up purchasing from this small veteran-owned business. We are small-business owners too and believe in supporting small and local as much as possible. Also a portion of your purchase goes to veteran organizations that Tracy supports.   Our experience here was top-notch.  The selection is vast and after testing many mattress models we did find one we loved.  The customer service  here is low-pressure and very personable...Tracy is knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options.  Also, delivery by Tracy and is son was timely and professional.  By the way, they have awesome classy art selections too that we took advantage of - fun experience all-around.
