Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

We went to 3 different furniture stores today in York and worked with multiple sales reps. Cristin at Raymour & Flanigan stood out above the rest by far. I had very specific requirements for our sectional build, she quickly narrowed down the 2 families of sectionals which were viable given my requirements. She then walked my family through the options and color swatches and made the process incredibly easy. I told her I wasn't ready to buy until I had checked off the other stores and she didn't pressure me in anyway. Gave me her card and told me to call or text if/when we were ready. Easy and low pressure. Great experience!

We had a fantastic experience with everyone at this location. We went in the first time to browse and the salesman was not pushy at all. He gave us a lot of information for the sets in which we were interested. We went home and laid out some room arrangements. We were still undecided between 2 different living room sets so we went back in to look at them again and the same salesman was working. He remembered us immediately and showed us a few coffee table options which helped us make up our mind. We purchased our furniture that day and scheduled delivery for a week out. We are anxiously awaiting its arrival. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan for your furniture needs.

What a great experience we had today shopping at Raymour and Flanigan. This was the first time we were here. The saleperson Cristin was incredible help. She really took her time with us gave all sort of options to choose from. Their selection is unbelievable. would be happy to tell everyone that's looking for furniture this is the place to go!!!!

The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. My price range as well. It was so easy. Thank you for a great explanation.

Leah was great ! She made our couch purchase easy!! She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable! Definitely ask for Leah when you visit:) I wish the customer service would carry through to the shipping and delivery of the couch tho. We had a delivery window and it just kept getting delayed and delayed and delayed and we waited around the house all day until 9 o’clock where they rescheduled for the next day. I think that’s poor communication on Raymours part And ensuring that our well spent money was worth it. Bottom line everyone is friendly in the store and the process is great at first, but once your item goes to shipping, it’s a mess.
