Natalie, and the manager John were both a breath of fresh air! We paced the store from end to end and changed our mind on what sectional we like and didn't like for a while. Then we found what we believe we were looking for because we were able to do it with out the pressure. My fiance and I are grateful thank you Natalie. Going into Bob’s was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to other furniture stores. Mike was who helped us out during our process and he was so kind, and so helpful, and laid back. When I go into a furniture store I don’t want to feel pressured or like I am being chased around a store to make a decision and Bobs is the complete opposite of that. They want to let you know they are there for you, but then give you the space and time to shop and make decisions without being pressured. I would recommend Bobs in York to anyone!!!

Was a smooth experience. I first checkout online to know what I wanted, but then again I want to see down and see what was available. I like to know the comfort before purchase. From there, it was all coming down to pricing and delivery. I forget my salesman’s name, but he understood exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to pick up my couch.

We had a great experience at Bob’s! Our sales person Jessica E was extremely helpful, patient and kind also not pushy at all. As well as her manager who helped us. We decided we wanted a new couch, Bob’s was our first stop — we figured we would go to a few different stores to find what we wanted but Bob’s had exactly what we were looking for at the best price!
