Alysen was amazing to work with. She was very flexible and truly went above and beyond to help us find the right adjustable bed for my wife’s recovery after her C-section. She listened to what we needed, answered every question, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We’re very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

First of all, the Kirksville location is huge! I expected it to be the store front you can see from the road and maybe 40 feet deep. Holy cow, it's 5 or 6 times that big! Giant selection of items to choose from. We were greeted immediately and were asked what we were looking for. The layout of the store and the pricing was explained to us and we were then invited to browse. Joe popped in frequently to check on us and answer any questions. If he didn't know something, he went and found out. He was very helpful and we found some nice furniture that will look and feel very good in our home. If you're in the market for furniture, etc, don't hesitate to go to Missouri Furniture and ask for Joe Krause.

Billy was extremely helpful and efficient explaining the sales and protection plans and helping to get set up with financing! He made the whole process a breeze and made sure we got a great deal on our sectional. He was also amazing at communicating delivery for us!

On 4/8/26 I wrote a check for 6,700 dollars for 8 pieces of furniture. Paid in full. As of today I am told to expect delivery on 5/5. The store is large and has about anything you might desire. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, when it comes to actually providing you with furniture, it seems to me they have fallen short. It is not like there are elves in a workshop making my furniture. The furniture is setting in a warehouse when it should be setting in my mom's assisted living apartment. And they get to use my money for a month before I get to use my furniture. I would also add that I paid 299.00 for delivery. Some day...
