Missouri Furniture

Absolutely a terrible experience. The only reason they even got 2 stars is because of their friendly, and professional delivery drivers. Where do I start? We paid well over $2,000 for a bedroom set, also paid extra for assembly, aka (white glove delivery). We waited a month for it to get delivered. Not a huge deal. Delivery people arrive, they begin to bring the furniture in. I immediately notice that one of the dresser drawers are damaged. I mention it to the delivery guys. No big deal, we can get it fixed. THEN, they tell me they can't put the bed together because the shipping department forgot one of the rails. Back and forth with their main office for an hour. Now they found a rail in their truck but it's not the proper one. We have a bed with storage drawers underneath. Only one side was the proper side. The other side was some bs just to get us by, as seen in the photos , it doesn't even bolt up properly. But let's move on. We have a damaged dresser as well. (As seen in photos). We have multiple damaged drawers. Chips, scuffs, etc. not something you expect after spending over $2000 for furniture. And you guessed it, another issue. Buy before we get there let me tell you I gave both delivery drivers $20 each. Because they made a half decent attempt to be professional and caring. But after they left, I noticed all of the damaged items. The mirror to the dresser still in the box and not assembled to the dresser. Is this the day and age we live in or what? I'm about 90% sure I will call them tomorrow and tell them to come get all this crap and I want a refund !!!

We prefer to shop locally. With that in mind we chose to stop at Missouri Furniture, Washington Mo location.. We were warmly greeted by a sales professional named Andrew Sharer. We had an idea, but needed more information to make an educated decision. He showed us around, showed us around, and showed around again. His knowledge helped us make a wise choice. His patience with our indecisiveness makes him a real gentleman. We never felt pressured, he gave us plenty of time to discuss the purchase privately. After the purchase of the perfect recliner, we found a horse painting we couldn't live without. We shopped several stores and wouldn't consider giving our business to anyone but Andrew.

After multiple furniture shopping trips we finally found the most patient sales professional ever. His name is Andrew. His knowledge and desire to help us make the right decision paid off. At no time did we feel pressured from him. He gave us multiple options and showed us recliners until the perfect one was found. My husband got to find exactly what he needed and I found a beautiful horse painting to boot. Our reclinrr was ordered and we will get it delivered by the end of the month.Thank you so much Andrew, we appreciate you!!!

We came into the Washington Missouri Furniture and were greeted immediately by Andrew. We told him what we wanted and he was able to locate it for us and get it sent to our local store for pickup this Friday which could not have been more perfect timing! Our new house is empty and we’re hosting a baby shower. Thanks to Andrew, we will have comfortable seats for our guests and furniture that we love!

We had an exceptional experience with Andrew. He was knowledgeable, patient and really knew the products he offered. He quickly understood our ideas and met our expectations! We likely will return thanks to Andrew. We also would like to acknowledge Quentin who was very helpful!!🤙
