Bought two mattress’s and the bottom metal frames last week and the delivery was extremely fast! I have bought my beds from this store for the last 10 years and I must say this was the best experience with the new owners! If you’re looking for an amazing sales person and a comfortable bed, this is the store to shop! I definitely will be purchasing more beds from them! Thank you!

Owner Jamyn Carter of the Mister Mattress store in Uptown Richland is truly the most caring salesman I have found in a long time! He is so patient with customers and exceeds other mattress stores with his knowledge of mattresses and how customers can have a good sleep experience. Jamyn spent a great deal of time with me during the three times I was shopping at the Mister Mattress store. I felt like he genuinely cared that the mattress I chose was the right one for me! There was no high pressure sales at Mister Mattress!

Sales woman was friendly, allowed us all the time we needed to choose the right mattress. They moved my old bed and set up the new frame and bed themselves. Price was reasonable and I was happy to be able to shop local.

New Owners are even more customer-friendly than the former owners, and are super helpful. Great selection, and I got a super price on two really nice full-size memory foam mattresses. He even threw in a couple of extras. Jon had to order the mattresses and when it didn't look like they were going to arrive in time to support our need he contacted the supplier and got a special delivery. Very nice!

Excellent Bed, Excellent Service! We just recently bought a split king/adjustable bed from Mister Mattress and we couldn't be happier! Jon, the owner, considered our sleep habits, body aches and pains, and other factors in helping us determine which mattress would be best for us. He didn't use pressure tactics or any other sales pitch to sell us a bed, but was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of beds and accessories (we also purchased bamboo sheets, a mattress protector, and a CBD pillow). All of their beds are quality but at better prices than all the big name stores. We had a pretty good bed before, but our new bed is beyond compare. We both have back and hip issues and being able to adjust the bed in an almost infinite number of positions is incredible! If you're in the market for a new bed, do yourself a favor and go see Dawn and Jon at Mister Mattress.
