My oven needed repair It had a code for the circuit board Mr Moderno suggested that the unit is very expensive and recommend a replacement .I told him to get me a unit for around $800. 2 days later he came with a new Amana range.Installed it and I was very pleased with his choice and workmanship Very highly recommend and I will use his services in the future.Very pleased. Thank you. Oscar Kulins
View on GoogleAbove and Beyond does not begin to explain the experience I had with this company. I live in Northeast Ohio. I was online looking for a very specific end table to match the set I currently have. It was discontinued 3 years ago and I was fortunate enough to find that they had one in stock. Immediately called them and asked about purchasing and shipping (they only offer local delivery). After some back and forth (with incredible timely communication), they gathered a shipping quote and I made the purchase. Unfortunately, there was some issues with shipping after it was all packaged up. Suzanne drove from Salem to meet with my father half way in Syracuse NY to ensure that we still got the table in a timely manner. Exemplary customer service and dedication! I am beyond ecstatic with the level of support I received from this company. Thank you very very much!
View on GoogleThese guys were awesome. They came very quickly and repaired our LG high capacity washing machine which was leaking badly at our business. They were thorough and cleaned up when done. For sure I would use them in a heartbeat the next time we need repairs.
View on GoogleWe just moved to Andover and the service by Suzanne, Victor and their staff have been great! Customer service is very easy and friendly. They're only 10 minutes away from Andover so if they have furniture in stock, delivery is quick! We bought a beautiful couch and bed frame so far. Probably more in the future.
View on GoogleI’ve purchased a few appliances from Dick’s over the years & am quite pleased. They have affordable prices up to the high end. These guys know their stuff. Wish they were still close by, but have traveled to the Salem location. Look forward to being a loyal, satisfied customer. 🤗
