Rob at the Salem NH Mattress Firm did a wonderful job helping us pick out a full size mattress within our price limits. My son has back issues and Rob went into detail why he was suggesting the mattresses that would suit his needs. We were very happy with the customer service.
View on GoogleWas looking for a comfortable queen mattress. We were greeted by the superbly friendly and highly knowledgeable Michael Christopher. He was juggling multiple customers including us, and I think he was able to focus on all of us simultaneously without having to shut anyone out. I never felt I was waiting around and all of our questions were addressed is short order. We were all able to take our time. We ended up with a wonderful memory foam hybrid, and a 2 inch boxspring to get us to the proper height. There was a nice $300 credit with the purchase for accessories and Mike hooked us up with some awesome memory foam pillows, protector and a soft sheet set that will not diminish the comfort of the mattress. I don't think the overall comfort works without the right pillows. Was very happy we could get the delivery in 2 days. Thank you Mike for all your help, it was very personable and enjoyable purchasing experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their bedding. Ask for Mike.

He spent hours answering questions, teaching me the pros and cons of each bed I tried, and really taking into consideration what was best for my sleep needs. I never felt like he was rushing me or trying to make the “best deal”. He was patient and honest, unlike most sales people you meet.
