I had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture. The staff was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find the right furniture for my home. The prices are very reasonable compared to other stores, and there are many stylish options to choose from. The delivery process was smooth, and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend Bob’s to anyone looking for affordable furniture and good customer service.

We just purchased a home. My husband and I were in search of a new couch. Keila B was very helpful from the beginning. Showed us some good options and we were able to pick something out that we liked. We got a 2 piece sectional with an extra chaise to make a U-shaped couch for our living room. Very easy process and I am happy it will be a fast delivery.

I had the worst experience here. We have been searching for a bedroom set for our daughter and finally found one here in Salem. It was tax free weekend. We asked if we can buy the floor model since the color was discontinued. The manager said no, he stated it’s tax free weekend (mind you we are in New Hampshire and it’s always tax free) and he wanted to have the floor model in white (discontinued) to show the public is comes in white even though you can’t order it online. We said ok once “tax free weekend is over” can we buy it. Again denied. Refused to sell us the whole floor discontinued set. We have been going weekly to see it just sitting there still in store not sold and leaving again a wall behind other displays. My husband mentioned that it doesn’t make sense why you won’t sell it to us and make a deal when you can’t even buy it online and it’s just sitting here in show room. The manager said “it may not make sense to you” and walked away. We will not be doing business here ever again.

Walked in looked around for about 5 minutes, found what I wanted and within 30 minutes I was approved and the new owner of a beautiful Leather Sectional!! My sales associate was amazing, I can't remember her name but it had the word ANGEL in it, Salem NH store. She definitely was my Angel that day!!. Great experience all around.

I have to say my customer service experience and over all has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone was willing to help, the manager (female I forget her name sorry) was so bubbly, friendly, and kind! Joey & Abdul both helped me with two pieces of furniture, they were sooo kind and patient! I’m a tough cookie to work with at times bc I’m extremely picky and they made the process SMOOTH! 10/10 recommend!
