Sleep Number

Alison in Salem, NH was great! I had a big problem with our beds not working. She took the time to set up my account on my phone & explain everything about setting up our bed! We purchased the bed in Burlington, Ma, they did not show me how to use the app! She was great! Thank you so much for the help Alison!

The Salem, NH store is absolutely amazing! I have MS, Fibromyalgia, knee issues, and I broke my back; I am in constant pain. This bed is the first bed that took my pain away. I got incredibly emotional in the store because I haven’t been pain free in my lower back in over 22 years. I dealt with Steve who was super informative, not too aggressive, and incredibly honest. Steve was kind, helpful, and patient. He answered all my questions completely and throughly. We then met the manager, Robert, who was also informative, helpful, honest. Steve definitely upsold me on the bedding bundle which was nice to have a complete bed. My only issue is I think their headboards are overpriced but everything else in that store is worth every single penny. If you have sleep issues, pain, etc. you need this bed. It’s definitely an investment and completely worth it.

Allison was exceptional to work with, knowledgeable, patient and professional. A+ experience all around purchasing two sleep number beds through her, at the Salem, NH location.

Cameron was very knowledgeable and gave us a superb education as to the different options available. He was low pressure and.we appreciate how he let the incredible products speak for themselves. His kind, gentle, comfortable personality resulted in a most positive experience.

We were in the Salem NH store and had a great experience. Our sales person Allison was very knowledgeable. Gave options and discussed why and the differences in the models. No pressure. Easy to work with. Thank you
