We picked out a new reclining set for our living room, and even when we decided to exchange the console piece for a single recliner, she made the process simple and hassle-free—no high-pressure sales at all. The delivery was smooth and truly lived up to the “white glove” promise, with friendly and professional delivery personnel. Gaby was absolutely amazing. I was debating whether two different pieces in the store would look well together and she went above and beyond to go grab a dolly to move the pieces together so I could see my vision!
