Mor Furniture for Less

Been looking for a good quality couch for over 6 months and checked out everywhere from Ikea and Living Spaces to Ashley's and more. finally found the right one at Mor Furniture! I really liked that the salespeople give their customers space to walk the store. They weren't overly pushy about making a sale. During the time of purchase the store was offering free white-glove delivery. The delivery team had the couch built quickly within minutes. It was great. As for the couch itself, I really love it and feel like it's built to last. It's very functional since the chaise lifts up for extra storage, the bottom pulls out into a bed/ottoman, and it even has built-in USB ports. One quick tip: before checking out in-store, it's worth checking the pricing online first. I noticed the protection plans are a bit cheaper online than in-store, but Kamal happily honored the online price once I mentioned it. Today my daughter and I stopped in to purchase a new bedroom set for her. We were greeted promptly by Barbara. I realized Barbara helped me several years and had a good experience back then and knew I’d be in good hands. Barbara is very knowledgeable and honest. We are very happy with our visit today.

Harrison Fong made our furniture shopping experience the best one ever! He was so helpful and took his time to explain the differences with furniture and mattresses. He worked with our budget and informed us of all the deals for Memorial Day weekend, Father’s Day and early Fourth of July deals. He was the most genuinely helpful and was looking out for our best interest in this whole experience! So grateful for Harrison, we will be coming back to Mor and recommend this store to everyone who needs new furniture! The best customer service from Harrison and the best deals!!

If I could give a one star or negative star I would. Don’t buy from this company. Go somewhere more professional. I ordered a lot of my furniture from them for a delivery and the day of my delivery, they cancelled the entire delivery because they lost the hardware to put together most of my furniture. They offered no help and even told me to refund and buy my furniture somewhere else. I was pretty surprised. Oh they even said they had to cancel my whole order because the delivery truck was too full to fit the rest of the furniture they could’ve delivered. So basically they just decided I didn’t need to get my furniture today. My husband and I took off work and made so many arrangements to make sure we were home for this delivery. This delivery we scheduled weeks ago. I called Harrison, the sales guy who sold me all this furniture (which we saved up for) and he told me, “Sorry it’s my day off, please call the store.” LOL Yeah. Never again Mor. Yall don’t really care about your customers. ***UPDATE*** They finally delivered my furniture. But guess what! THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG COUCH! LOL I can’t do anything except laugh at this point.

We recently purchased a 6-piece sectional and had a great experience thanks to Kamal! He was extremely attentive, listened to our needs, and gave helpful suggestions without being pushy or overbearing. He let us take our time browsing the store and made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free. We really appreciated his professionalism and customer service.
