What stood out most was how helpful he was with delivery date issues—he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly. No pressure, just great customer service from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend asking for Ramses if you’re shopping at Mor!

Absolutely beautiful store! Much nicer than the other mattress stores around town. The staff was super friendly and the values were fantastic! Ricky and Roberto didn't pressure me and took the time to make sure I tested the mattresses until I found the one I fell in love with. Best nights sleep in 30 years!!! Thank you SleepMor!

The person that helped me by text was really professional and have an excellent customer service. Te item that I was looking for was sold out, and he was able to find it in San Marcos store. It was the last one. It was the floor one and he helped me to place the order by using my new account and he was able to negotiate the price and also, get a delivery. I’m so happy with the service and happy because I’ll get what I was looking for!

I was having issues online with my selection and was going to use my lunch to run over and get things done, then I thought let me try the chatt. I was connected with "Ramses" he was very good in confirming my selection and sending me a link for payment and even following up with me for aftercare!!!!!
