I ordered a couch about a month and a half before it was delivereded. The entire time I was kept up to date on the status of my couch as it was a special order and it would take time. I was told that I could wait and pay when it came in. I used the opportunity to make payments. One of the days i popped in to make a payment I spotted some cool end tables. When I told them I would like them, they asked if I wanted to take them or wait and add to my delivery. I chose to wait. When the day came to deliver the gentlemen that came were wonderful. Very respectful of where to park and how to access the room without complication. They set up my sectional, made sure the end tables were good and even took my old couch away. From order to delivery the team at Morgan Furniture took great care of me. I will be shopping there again.
View on GoogleCould not be happier with Morgan Furniture. We just moved from Florida to Walling and we were in need of new furniture. Everyone we talked to recommended Morgan Furniture. They were right. Jennifer was wonderful in helping us pick out the absolute perfect furniture for our beautiful new Tennessee farmhouse. We got exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price and were treated like family from purchase to delivery. Can't recommend Morgan Furniture highly enough!

View on GoogleI got a flyer in the mail, conveniently when I need to replace a good chunk of the furniture in my house. So I checked their website for prices before I went into the store, I've got two small kids, I want to make sure its worth leaving the house, haha. There were no prices anywhere, only the mattresses had prices. That's a red flag for me. If you pride yourself on being the cheapest furniture, then I feel those prices would be heavily advertised. Anyways, we all went to the store, and the lady there greeted us but then never left. She just hovered on top of us through the entire store. Made it hard to comfortably look at and discuss furniture items with my husband. It definitely expedited us out the door. I'm a big believer in greeting, a quick check-in to see if the customer has questions, and goodbye as they leave. Had we been there knowing we want a mattress with "x,y,z" features, then it would be understandable to accompany us for the duration of us being there to provide imput. But when we told her we were just browsing around at everything, we did not expect to be followed. We did grab prices on a couple of different things; for all the sales they have going on, their stuff doesn't seem to really be on sale. After comparing prices, I've found you can order most of the stuff online cheaper, especially mattresses. Free shipping to your door, so the free delivery (within 40 miles) isn't that appealing.

They will order it and get it back when you need it. They have free delivery. Don, the owner, knows his stuff. He was great helping me pick out a dining room table, bedroom suite, chair and a side chair table. You can't go wrong by shopping at Morgan's Furniture. Plus they have a seven day policy. If you can't live with it for seven days you can take it back, and get something else! Can't beat that!!!! Thanks again Don for all your help and patience.😄
