We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Cookeville. Our sleep expert, Brett Mize, was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. We came in with a very specific request, and Brett was able to immediately identify the mattress we were looking for. He took the time to make sure it truly fit our needs, answered our questions, and helped us feel confident in our decision. He also made sure we received the best available price and warranty coverage by helping us get everything we needed. We really appreciate Brett’s professionalism, knowledge, and care throughout the process. We’re thankful to have Mattress Firm here in Cookeville and especially thankful for the excellent help Brett provided. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThe easiest and Best choice I made was to buy a mattress from Brett Mize at Mattress Firm. He is polite, kind and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He answered all my questions (some more than once) and went over a lot I hadn't thought to ask. I literally picked up my mattress within 24 hours of placing my order. 10 out 10 for Brett!!!

View on GoogleFirst, your delivery, haul away and exchange policies are excellent and they have the customer in mind- unlike your competitors! Eric was superb! Knowledgeable, courteous, and bent over backwards to earn our business- again unlike some of your competitors. Your pricing, selection & sales are also superior. Thank you!
View on GoogleSo we were looking for a mattress and didn't want to spend tons of money. At the same time we wanted to be able to try it out, lie down on it. We visited several furniture stores in Cookeville and then to Mattress Firm. Definitely, we saved the best for last. Our salesman, Eric, was great. Although the store looks small, they have all these mattresses on a rack like a Murphy Bed so then can pull them out from vertical and lay them flat on a frame. You can test out the different brands. It was really helpful. We got a Sleepy's by Sealy. The hybrid mattress has both coils and memory foam. It comes in a box and self expands once opened. Best sleep we have had in years. Eric answered questions and made suggestions. We plan to return for our other mattresses once our house is finished. Great service and great prices.
