My husband and I had a really good experience here, looking for our next very important purchase, we went in just to look and get an idea on price and difference in quality of their most popular mattresses...temperpudic and icloud serta were the ones to look at...the bases available and each of their warranty...we chose one of each verses the other an s Donavan was wonderful at his job, knowledgeable and forth coming with his professional opinion on each...we actually were able to lay down and experience the beds at their different levels ...vibrate massage, night lights from underneath to get you in and out of bed for that bathroom run in the middle of the night, and feet elevated or your head, for blood flow benefits for the body...I suffer from migraines and the head elevated is a main concern for me, we can get a split level king size to allow myself to lift my head while my husband's remains flat in bed...I was quite impressed by it all...we have a temperpudic cali king ourselves for over 10yrs and that is where we will most likely stay...so happy hunting and May you find what you are looking for...they have public restrooms available, financial help readily available if needed ...located at the corner of 135 next to CVS and near hwy 123 close to Dodges Gas station and Skins Hot Dog restaurant...The SmithClan

I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Mattress (Easley location). Doug was absolutely wonderful. It had been many years (too many) since I bought a new mattress. He helped me select the perfect one. I purchased my new mattress on Labor Day & it was delivered the next day. I was thrilled. The delivery guys were also wonderful!!! They were punctual & did a quick setup. I was highly impressed with the folks at Mr. Mattress and would highly recommend them.

I have purchased three mattress sets at Mr. Mattress and have been very pleased with all three sets. In fact, one set was for my son in Georgia and they delivered the set to his residence as scheduled. Very professional people handling the delivery. Prices are very competitive and the salesman are very helpful and knowledgeable of all mattress brands. I will continue to purchase from them.

Walked into the store and the one guy that was there said hello. After that he sat at the desk the whole time and never said another word or asked if I needed any help. I was the only person in the store. Needless to say, I left the store because no one cared to help and drove down the street to Mattress firm who actually had an associate that was willing to help and answered all of my questions. It doesn’t surprise me that the parking lot is empty especially if they are treating people this way.

When purchasing the mattress we were told that it could be returned if it didn’t suit. We were also told if we purchased the box spring set, the return wouldn’t be pro-rated. We purchased the bed and box set, but about 30 days later we tried to return it and were told that it was only warrantied and they did not accept returns or exchanges. Never going back.
