Mr. Mattress Inc

We went into the store just to check prices but ended up making a major purchase!! This store offers an extremely large selection of mattresses from soft to firm in many different brands. Further, the salesperson was quite informative about the make up of the mattress insides which was very important! We were interested in adjustable beds and he was quick to help us with that, too! The prices were fantastic, too. When we learned there was a 2 week delay for the delivery of our bed, he provided additional pillows. Ultimately, if I were looking for another mattress, I would surely go back to Mr. Mattress because we had already looked and priced around, this store had won!

I purchased a queen mattress and box springs for my son. We were in their store first, but I wanted to go look at others all down the road. So we asked what the total would be, delivery charge, when it could be delivered on one mattress.. We were told delivery would be the next day for $35. So okay. Left to go look at others, had lunch and came back to them. Purchased the mattress w/box springs. Within a couple of hours, delivery had been pushed a day. Wow. It than was delivered but the box spring wouldn't make the turn to go upstairs. So we had to order a split box spring which was an additional $97.56 and wait two weeks for that one to be delivered. So my son had no bed to sleep on for 2 more weeks. I would not recommend Mr Mattress. No customers in the store should have been a clue for us.

My mother and I went here and purchased a mattress for her 6 months ago. 2 months ago my mother called Mr. Mattress letting them know that her mattress is defected. It has a huge indentation where her body lies. Keep in mind, when she reported this the mattress was only 4 months old. The manager of the store said he would send her some paper work to fill out and that she needed to take pictures of the mattress and email them and the papers to him. She did exactly that. Six weeks went by and no response. My mother finally called him. She was told that the pictures didn't show the defects and he would be doing nothing about it. He should have came to her home and looked at it himself. I'm the one that took the pictures for her, and it was nearly impossible to get the sunken indentation to show in the pictures. It is really bad! Every time someone comes to my mother's house and happens to see her bed, they think she is sleeping on a very old mattress and feels sorry for her. Then we tell them that it's only 6 months old and they can't believe it and also can't believe that Mr. Mattress does nothing to make it right. My mother is not a large woman and even if she was, this mattress should not be sinking like it is. I feel like they robbed my mother out of her money and sold her junk! I will tell everyone I know about this and show everyone that comes to my mother's house. I will never do buisness with a company like this that doesn't stand behind their products. No one else should either! UPDATE: Mr.mattress did up hold there warranty and replaced my mom's mattress with a new after we finally took pictures that showed the sunken in place. Thank you!

Good selection of mattersses from high end to the more affordable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Glad I decided to stop in and look around. Cant wait for my new mattress.
