Wes was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and guided us through all of our options with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Not only that, but Murmaid products seem to be of tremendous value and quality. We will surely use them again the next time we need to make a mattress purchase.
View on GoogleWes Jenkins took great care of everything I needed. Highly recommend shopping at Murmaid Mattress on North Market in Chattanooga. The delivery was easy and quick and they took my old mattress away to donate!
View on GoogleExcellent customer service! Wes talked us through various options with the pros and cons of each. At no time did he pressure us. We decided on an option and he explained the trial period and return/exchange process if we were less than 100% satisfied. They provide delivery as well as removal of old mattress and box springs.
View on GoogleOverall great experience! I purchased from Wes at their Northshore location and he gave us a full in depth dive into what they had available and helped us find something within our budget. They then built the mattress and had it to us in two days! Delivery team was quick and efficient. Now I get to sleep on a cloud.
