last time i bought a mattress, i bought it online without trying it out first. big mistake. finally made a good decision to go in store & Jacob talked me through all the different options. i don't typically do google reviews, but just had to say he definitely knows what he's doing! thanks again, Jacob!!

Derick was very helpful in finding me a good mattress. There was a good variety of mattress to choose from and I was able to find one within my price range. Having a free delivery in a timely manner was awesome. It came a single day after I purchased it. And it came with a free adjustable base which was nice.

Sandra (who goes by Sandy) was such an immense help finding the mattress that I needed. She reached out to adjacent Mattress Firm stores to determine if there was a mattress to my specifications in stock, and she found the last one remaining for me! Great service, and so very friendly!
