On February me and my family came in to store in search for sofa for our living room. We met Chrissy Holsopple. She was very kind to us and very servicial help us on every step of the way. We did purchase our sofas which we are very happy. We highly recommend her. Thank you Chrisy Holsopple.

We took our time making our selection over a period of about two weeks. Robert remembered us as soon as we walked through the door the second visit. There was little sales pressure, and they made us feel they were always there to service us. Finalizing the sale and securing the financing was literally three minutes. Robert offered private delivery companies, as this was an outlet purchase. There was some confusion at pickup as we were not told pickup time would be at noon. We arrived at 10:15, but Adam made sure to make the pickup happen promptly with little interruption. I need to recognize Marcus from warehouse for being pivotal to having pickup go as smooth as possible. We are very pleased with the product as well as the purchase experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Chrisy Holsopple. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every way possible. Her communication was excellent…always clear, timely, and professional. She took the time to offer different alternatives that not only fit my needs but also helped me save money, making sure I got the absolute best deal. My experience was great. My salesman, Robert, was fantastic and went above and beyond to get my order right. The only glitch was getting the right headboard kit. They had to order another part and schedule to come back another day. But other than that the delivery guys were extremely helpful. We are long time customers of the company and will continue in the future.

Went to outlet which is not renewing the lease and they are having 50% off all floor model furniture I have bought two things now a dresser and matching end table. Sales people have been nothing short of excellent and have made whole process very enjoyable.
