I have never had such an exemplary customer service experience anywhere as I have had with Frank H, the manager, of the Chicago store. Frank was patient, caring and helpful in addressing every concern I had as a person who struggles with severe allergies. He happily answered my exhaustive list of questions that delved into the minutia of manufacturing and everything in between. He proved that Naturepedic really does stand behind their products and puts their customers first. My halcyon bed is worth its weight… but the customer service experience is what I valued most. Ask for him you’ll be glad you did. Thank you Frank, for everything.

We took a chance and drove over an hour from Milwaukee to test out this mattress. My wife has chemical sensitivities and we were having trouble finding something she didn't react to.
It was one of the best shopping experiences we ever had on anything, not just a new mattress!
The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. We literally could have fallen asleep as we tested out the mattresses and pillows.
Frank, the sales associate, was easy to talk to and very accommodating. He was definitely a people person. He did not pressure us or rush us at all. In fact, I think my wife laid on one mattress for nearly an hour.
Ultimately, we felt really good about purchasing our chemical free mattress. We would definitely recommend !
I had pages of notes from research on non toxic mattresses and made the right choice in choosing Naturpedic. Also I was impressed with why the company began. The customer service from Rob and Frank has been excellent. I've slept on my mattress three nights now and have slept better than I have in years.

The store experience with Frank and Robert in Highland Park’s Naturepedic’s store is top notch! What does that mean? Patience with all my wife and my questions. Patience with our six year old running around. Also knowledge. They know the product so well. Creativity in options for problems and questions we presented. These two are consummate professionals and make the buying experience beyond pleasant. Almost a relief to get through this purchase. We have now been twice. The product, Naturepedic is amazing! I am a litigator and this has restored my quality of sleep. My wife and I have a split King and two distict mattress firmness in one bed! This blew my mind really. I had compromised on a firmer mattress for my wife for years and now I am able to have my own preference and my wife can have her preferred firmness. If I ever want a different firmness, I can swap my topper and avoid needing to buy a separate mattress as the toppers can swap out up to two levels. The moving base alo helps us read in bed or just raise the head and feet to get a comfortable sleep at night. The product is amzing amd has improved both my wife and my quality of sleep. I don’t want to get out of bed but I am glad I sleep on a Naturepedic.
