Sleep Number

I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store. Mia was a wonderful sales consultant walking me through the process of the purchase and demonstration of the bed. My mom will love her bed when it is delivered. Thanks so much, Mia.

We had a terrific experience with Mia at the Deerfield store. She was incredibly knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with us to walk us through all of the various options we had. We've owned Sleep Number beds for almost 20 years and this is the best experience we've had in-store.

I called this location after placing a couple of calls to the corporated customer number to get my issue resolved and I was blessed beyond measure to speak with the store manager, Mandy. She is an absolute gem! She took the time to understand my issue and looked into the system to find replacement parts and SKU numbers for my older model Sleep Number bed. She even went so far as to start the order for the parts I need and helped me discover the Inner Circle rewards area online so I can earn points toward future purchases. Mandy went above and beyond in her customer service and she is just the nicest person. I really appreciated all of my interactions with her. I will be writing a letter to corporate to tell them how wonderful she is!

After being highly disappointed in the bed we bought the manager Mandy told us not to return the bed that she would help us make our bed into the better more expensive model. First she had us come back after hours, and go out to the garbage where she left us the insides to a bed that she stole from corporate, Mandy told us that after we picked this up, she would help us get the rest of the parts that were needed to turn our mattress into the better mattress. Mandy told me to call her back to get the rest of the parts after garbage, picking the parts that she left for us by the garbage. When I called her back, she went off on me on the phone telling me it’s not her fault and that she can’t help me do anything. By this time we had missed our return window. Now we are stuck with a horrible mattress from a horrible company that we bought from a horrible manager. Good job Mandy, you should be fired.

While we have not yet received delivery of our mattress, if it measures up to the great sales and customer service, it will definitely be a winner. Our experience with each of several staff members has been extraordinary. We are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress and having the same great comfort.
