HassleLess Mattress

The experience of shopping in your store was remarkable and unique. We really don't like to pressured by salespeople into making a quick decision about a fairly large purchase. That alone had us procrastinating buying a new mattress until we found your store by accident. The selection was terrific. Signage, product information and pricing was clear. We made 2 more visits as it is not too far from home. A few phone calls and 1 email later we made our choice and set up a delivery. Every single person we talked to was extremely knowledgeable about your products and service. They were all a pleasure to deal with. Delivery and set up was friendly and easy. They clearly knew what they were doing. We have only had our new mattress and adjustable base for a couple of days, but we really love it so far. I'm glad we took our time choosing it. We have already recommended your store to a friend.

I found going in to the empty (of people) store a bit eerie but I was able to try all of the mattresses at my own pace. The showroom had clear signage that answered all of my questions. Ordering online was easy and the next day delivery was handled nicely.

Hearing the “ no sales people” makes you question and for sure made me question it. Saw mattresses on line and made a called to customer service who ANSWERS THE PHONE! Humans guy! Was super helpful. I went in and tried some beds out. Bought one and they reached out if I’d like other items. Gave me info about a box spring . Suzanne from customer service was crazy helpful and gave me perfect information to make the right choices with her input also which helped. Will forever be a hassle less mattress customer .. thank you to Suzanne and Lia for all your help!

Nice place to shop. Not being hassled makes it a relaxing. They have plenty of mattresses on display to test and everything you need there to test and purchase. The item was delivered the same day (amazing) and the delivery team was very nice to work with. Everything went just as desired.

Great experience starting with viewing a great selection of various mattresses and adjustable bed models in the showroom in Deerfield, IL. Went home and placed order online Sunday and my purchase was delivered on Tuesday. Highly recommend and impressed with the customer service. A++
