Annie at NC Furniture was very knowledgeable and supportive when we had questions about the quality, design, and leather options for our chairs. We also ordered a new mattress from NC Furniture and this process went just as smoothly. We will definitely make future purchases from this company.

Great furniture buying experience. Everyone in the store was helpful and we were able to quickly decide on a bed frame we liked, customize some options, and get an order in easily. The communication was great and when the custom order was ready the installers were in and out quickly and the bed was installed well.

I had a wonderful experience working with Katherine at the Williamsburg store helping me on multiple visits to decide on a leather reclining sofa. She was very patient and knowledgeable responding to my detailed questions and satisfied my concerns. And, of course, getting me the best price! The delivery team, Dray and Milton, were polite, professional, and communicative. They quickly assembled the sofa and tested the reclining mechanism to ensure everything was working properly. This is our second visit to the Williamsburg store. Our first visit was less than impressive and we wound up purchasing furniture from another dealer. We visited again over the Memorial Day Holiday and our second visit was a complete turnaround from our first visit. We worked with Morgan and she did a fantastic job. We had a rough plan in mind when we came to the store and she helped us work through the many options available to us before we finally settled on the best solution for our situation.
