Dave Smith greeted us at door on a busy holiday morning. I’m not sure how he did it but he gave us room to shop but was always there to answer any questions while helping other customers too. After purchasing a new living room and leaving we ended up reaching back out to Dave and returning the same day. He was with another customer but still made us feel like we were his number one priority, truly a gift. Again with his help we purchased two bedroom sets and the hardest thing a new mattress. He knew exactly what my husband needed because he listened and just guided us through the day. Our experience at the Room to Go store was exceptional. If you’re looking to buy we highly recommend them. The prices are great and if you’re lucky enough you’ll get Dave as your salesman.

Stopped at Rooms To Go in Newport News, Va today. We had a great experience with our sales associate Tracy Swearingen. He acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and understood exactly what we told him we were looking for. Extremely knowledgable concerning the furniture we were interested in and in no time we made our selection and he even updated an order that we have been waiting for that he arraigned to have delivered with the order we just made. Very professional but also cared about our personal concerns. Would highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy any kind of furniture. Rooms To Go has an excellent employee in Tracey.
