Roberts Furniture & Mattress

I recently purchased furniture from Roberts Furniture and wanted to share my experience so far. The buying process was smooth, and Jake Roberts was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the personalized service and the fact that he took the time to answer all my questions. My order hasn’t been delivered yet, so I can’t speak to the quality of the furniture or the delivery experience. However, communication up to this point has been clear, and I’ve been kept updated on the expected timeline. I’m looking forward to receiving the items and will update my review once everything arrives. Love shopping at Robert's Furniture. They have a huge selection and very competitive pricing but what like most of all is customer service. After visiting once my salesman, Jack remembered my name. Call me old fashion but this level of service and attention to detail has persuaded me to out fit my entire livingroom with Robert's and eventually my whole home.

Jake was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting me to select the perfect sofa for my needs. Would definitely recommend Robert’s if your looking for furniture at a great price point for the product.
