Ollies is a wonderful store - the normal experience was offset by a elderly employee. A customer was attempting to return an item w/o a receipt and she advised him to come back later to speak with a manager. I inquired if she could not verify the purchase by credit card or Ollie's Membership number if he had used either. She waved her hand at me like she was shooing a fly away and told me to mind my own business. As much as I wanted to smack the wrinkles off her face, fate intercepted and a different employee came to the rescue. I'll be back, but won't ever be buying anything if she is the only cashier.

View on GoogleI just bought a cool looking, hobby size RC helicopter for $40. Might be worth it, not sure yet. If I don't crash it into a tree right away, I plan to return it if it sucks. Hell, I might still return it after crashing it into the tree... Who knows? Hope it works well. I'll give an update soon.

With the cost of EVERYTHING skyrocketing, I always take advantage of when I can get good quality things at the lowest price to save money!!! They send out mini catalogs in the mail every month to advertise their deals and you can also get rewards points with each purchase for even more discounts!!! If you do a lot of home learning with your kids, they have an AWESOME selection of great workbooks!!!!
