Great first experience at Tempur-pedic! Sheree and her trainee (sorry I forgot her name) provided the most wonderful customer service experience. I was in the Philadelphia store shopping for pillows for neck support, and they're patience and professional. I recommended them to my friends and would recommend anyone who's interested in mattresses and pillows to check them out as well!
