Kevin greeted us and managed our purchase! He is an excellent person to work with. His knowledge of the product line was outstanding. It was a pleasure working with him! This note represents the submittal of a commendation to his employee record on our behalf. Thank you! Claire and James Caltabiano February 21, 2026

We shopped in the beautiful showroom in Center City Philadelphia. Everyone there was so courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We were able to try all of the different mattress selections so that in the end, we were super confident about our choice. A great experience, especially for purchasing mattresses which often times is not so pleasant. This time it really was!

Very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff no pressure. sales person, Robbie took the time to understand what I was looking for and to explain the features of three different products. Would highly recommend this store, sales person and mattress

My wife and I made two trips to the SAATVA Showroom, and had a very satisfying experience. We had already determined that we were interested in the SAATVA line of mattresses based upon a solid personal recommendation. We connected with Joseph upon arriving at the showroom, and he provided extraordinary help to us on both trips: he made us feel at ease, he answered our questions, and he helped us pinpoint the appropriate mattresses. Joseph was never obtrusive, but he was always available when we needed his advice and he made the sale. He and his colleagues are definitely great ambassadors for SAATVA.

Our experience at Saatva was great. Robbie was very knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to choose the product best for us. Our customer service experience was excellent.
