I am delighted to review the Service Manager at Pieratt’s, Chris Elkins. I had a problem with my washing machine that I had recently purchased. He went through all the proper channels but was not able to immediately get it fixed. He then went above and beyond and before long, I had a beautifully functioning machine again! I could not have been more pleased! Pieratts is a fine local company, and I have shopped here for over 25 years. I know it is especially difficult to get good service these days. But I trust Pieratt’s - especially Chris Elkins- to provide great appliances and great service! Thank you.

I bought a double oven on Black Friday. We picked it up from the warehouse ourselves and brought it home. When we unboxed it, there were several drips of silicone on the control panel. I couldn’t easily get them off. I called them the next day. The manager requested pictures sent through email for proof. I sent him 4 pictures. He said he would call me back. I didn’t hear anything back. I picked at them and eventually I was able to remove them without damaging the surface. Then after using my stove to cook a big Christmas meal, we noticed the hot cooktop light wasn’t functioning correctly and the two front burners weren’t cycling on/off as they are designed to. Once again called service. They came out and while fixing a loose connection the whole control panel completely blew out. Nothing works on it now. They have ordered the parts and will schedule a time to come fix it. We decided this is unacceptable for a brand new stove and who knows what will break next. We've requested to have our money refunded and returning the stove. They have denied our request. Edited to add: Mike Curran has graciously said they will swap out our stove with a new one. It should be delivered to our house on Tuesday of next week. I appreciate him taking the time today to discuss our concerns and taking steps to rectify the situation. Thank you very much!
