Great experience overall in the store and with the delivery. Much smoother process than we dealt with the week before with another company’s delivery team. I knew better. Next time I won’t even thank about going anywhere else. James the delivery guy was great. Made sure everything was good and level and working properly before he left.

I wanted to thank the staff at Pieratt's, Richmond, KY. On March 3rd, I purchased a TV, with some specific features I wanted. Rod, my sales clerk, went above and beyond helping choose a model to fit my requests. When he didn't know an answer, he found someone who did - that is unusual, and much appreciated. Got it home, had some problems with some of the features so called the store. Rod, Jack, Mike and Conner all worked very hard (going above and beyond) at seeking an answer. I believe they work on the principle of making the customer happy, not just making a sale...eager to make me satisfied and happy with my purchase. If you have not been there, go, it is certainly worth your time!

Customer service, in current times, feels like something of nostalgia but Pieratts always proves it still exists. I’ve bought all my appliances from them and have been extremely happy. Thank you Pieratts!

A few weeks back I got online and ordered Five pieces of furniture. The payment was processed and then the online salesman Ken C reached out to tell me the desk and chair I had ordered was no longer kept in stock. He promised to issue a refund no worries there. Two weeks later the other three pieces of furniture show up damaged they look like during delivery they have been dropped. Once I unwrapped the furniture and saw the damage, I reached back out to the delivery driver and asked that they come back and collect the furniture because it was damaged. Ken reached out to me and told me for their convenience. It would be a one stop drop. They would pick up the damaged furniture when the replacement Arrived. I left the furniture sitting in the middle of my living room for a day before I reached back out to Ken and ask again. Could someone pick the furniture up and if they didn’t want to do that could they give me a refund? Can immediately called me and told me he would issue the refund and pick the furniture back up. It took them another four days to come get their damaged goods. Can you really need to work on your customer service. I don’t want to hold the local store responsible however Pieratts is Pieratts and if you’re looking for furniture, I would suggest you use Sims because I did and their customer service was amazing

First time here, and the selection of furniture and washers and dryers were impressive ! Tenny was the young man who took care of us . He took his time , was patient with us and even walked my friend of 93 years old out to the car . Will definitely be back
