This place is awesome 👏 great customer service Ginger was the bomb I went on lunch break which i only have a hour she got me in and out I mean in and out help me make the best choices for me and my son such a sweet spirit it’s hard to come across ppl like that now days go see ginger everyone you won’t be disappointed 🥰

Nanci & Jackie were exceptional with our first experience at Price Busters. I appreciated the help with choosing the best package for us and were dedicated to helping a choose the best financial deal. They were patient with us trying to apply to several of them. We appreciate Nanci for helping us on her first day and Jackie for finding a lower package deal. Thank you to Cole for calling the financial people on the phone he was really determined to get us approved. Thank you to Carlos for the sweet treats. 😁😁

I went in person the customer service was good. Not gonna lie. I went looking for a couch on a Saturday was told it’ll be delivered on a Tuesday..cool…ok couches were delivered, but whole time I’m thinking the delivery guys were going to assemble to couches for me. They left the boxes right there in my living room. I wish i could’ve known that from the get go, I’ve never had this type of experience unless it was IKEA and the person who was at the store didn’t give me a heads up fyi..nothing.

Buyer beware, I finance furniture here. I was unaware that I had to pay additional $250 for the furniture to be put together by the men that delivered the furniture. I asked if they could return the furniture and Ariel instructed the delivery people to leave it outside. As I continue to grow a bill for furniture that is outside. So I told him to bring it inside. I was thinking I was having a bad day, I can pay them to put it together and I did. Parts was missing. The furniture is unsturdy. In fact I took one of the couch pillow cases off of its to wash it and inside the cotton was coming out of the pillow That was supposed to be so shut/sewn together. Three time by three different repairman I had to put the the kitchen chairs back together. Please don't get nothing for here you will be so disappointment. Yes the furniture looks nice. But the quality is horrible. The couches didn't even come with all the pieces. The kitchen table screws for the chairs keep unscrewing from the time I received it. Three different repairman told me I got poor quality furniture. On top of it they still expect me to pay for it. Please do not get anything from here.

11-6-2020 I can say the delivery arrived to my apt a couple days after we purchased the day bed so I will give it a one star. When I opened it both side of the say bed was broken remind you this was a display and no one told us it was damage or anything.The young lady called me day before to tell me they didn't have what I purchased but could I take the display or get the other color which was brand new .I really wanted the blue one so I took the display and that was that and they delivered it. When I received it and unrapped it both sides were broken so like anyone I call called the store to ask for help .the guy gave me poor customer service and gave customer service email smh. I ask to speak to a manager.theu said he wasn't there and will not be back for the rest of the week ,so there is no maneger or anyone helpful I can speak to .No.the same day I went there and the guy I spoke to andtwo other employees sitting thereon the furniture on there phones not even to bother looking up.they didn't help me and was very sarcastic.and gave me cuatomer service email not number lol.So today 11-7-2020 I called and spoke to a assistant manager she was very soft spoken but still know help same thing customer service email and they don't open untill Monday. We were treated very poorly when it came to customer service .and not for business to treat people like this during a pandemic or anytime. So now I have send email and wait still have a broken bed. I see why their name is price buster.if the owner or corporate look at this please feel free to contact me because that store really need some help smh....
