I just got delivered a beautiful bedroom set with hybrid mattress last night with my best night ever was so comfortable and I was sleep and I love it. This is my second order from Bob From discount furniture, Bob’s furniture I recommending any of my friend to go buy Bob furniture thanks.

David was really helpful he walk me through all the steps and made sure everything was perfect for my order. He offered us beverages and ensure we understood everything before we sign. Working with him was a pleasure! He has such great manners and a pleasant voice. Iam so happy he was able to help us get started.

Worst customer service ever and worst purchasing experience ever. I went to the store to purchase a couch and spoke to an associate. At the time they were great and delivery was set for the 27th of June but they said it could probably come earlier and that THEY would text or call me and keep me updated. After a week I recieved no information and it was impossible to check my order status with my order number online. So I try to call the store. The number takes me to some general customer service rep and not the store. Takes forever to get transferred. After being transferred I am rudely told that its not possible to check the order status online of a purchase made in store which is the most ridiculous thing ever. What a stupid policy (which turns out is FALSE). Also I tried to speak to the in person salesperson and they werent there and haven’t contacted me at all since. After speaking to someone in the store I move delivery to the 24th of June. However a few days later it says my sofa is delayed but ottoman can come on 24th but sofa wont come until the 28th which i am confused about. So I try to call customer service and they claim its a glitch. I dont believe them and then try to get to the store. They say its not a glitch so my delivery is now delayed. And then today I have been told the sofa is further delayed to June 30th. Just completely disgraceful service. A joke of a store/company and I wont ever purchase something from here again and suggest you dont either.
