Purple - Town Center Crossing

I walked in the purple store in Leawood on the fence about buying one of their mattresses. Gilbert Greeted me at the door and allowed me to look and feel all of their products without applying any pressure and giving the usual salesman sales pitch. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in guiding me towards the right product for my body size and type. I was only familiar with their old nomenclature of Purple 1, 2, etc. He explained the new names and firmness levels to me. I would highly recommend going into the store and asking for Gilbert for his advice on what works best for you and your sleep needs.

I stopped by the Leawood store about 15 minutes before closing, already knowing what I wanted. Emily greeted me right away and made the experience easy from start to finish. The store itself is very welcoming, and Emily took the time to show me a few options and help me feel confident in my final decision. I’m actually writing this review while sitting on my new "Ultimate Seat Cushion", and it’s been fantastic—definitely worth the price. I no longer get that pins-and-needles feeling at my desk. Overall, this was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend both the store and working with Emily!

We had a great experience at the Purple store. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and good at his job. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Now the hard part will be figuring out which one is the right one.

I just bought my first Purple mattress and had the best experience! Gilbert was great. He was helpful, informative and very honest throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my purchase.

Gilbert was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient! He really knows his stuff and was so friendly and respectful while we took our time shopping. Highly recommend!
