We order a new bedroom suite a month ago, they were here at least 3 hours. They stripped the bolts on our foot board and ended up using completely different screws on the right side, so the screws don't match, both dressers had scratches or a chip out of them. Our tall dresser didn't have handles to open the drawers. We called and was told they would replace a drawer and send handles. Never did. Called and was told the handles would be here in 3 to 5 days 2 weeks ago. We had to order handles off of Amazon. Oh and the handles on our long dresser where put on upside down! I will never purchase anything from the and highly recommend that no one does!!!
