Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Outlet

Manager Mike was amazing and very helpful. Incredibly knowledgeable and made our visit simple. For a great price and everything that we wanted and more! Thanks again! We will be back for sure next time.

Came into your outlet just to look around, and was greeted by a wonderful salesman that really paid extra special attention to us. He was very patient, showing us what we expressed to him that we were looking for. He knew his stock, and was able to show us a recliner that was the perfect color and size. He is truly an asset to your company. We are looking forward to our delivery, and enjoying our new recliner. Thank You, Gary and Lenore Shiner

I had an outstanding experience with Raymond & Flanigan! I came in looking for a mattress that would provide the right support for my back, and the team exceeded all of my expectations. They were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to help me find the perfect mattress based on my specific needs. Since bringing it home, the improvement has been remarkable. I’m sleeping more comfortably, waking up with far less back pain, and feeling genuinely rested for the first time in a long time. The entire process—from selecting the mattress to delivery—was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. If you’re looking for a quality mattress and a team that truly cares about helping you find the right fit, I highly recommend Raymond & Flanigan. They made all the difference!

Mr. C was very helpful in assisting us with getting a new dining room table set. He was not pushy and helped us get a great deal on a floor model. Mr. C was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back for future furniture needs and highly recommend shopping at Raymour & Flanigan Outlet.

We had an excellent experience working with Summer at Raymour & Flanigan while purchasing our dining room set. From the moment we walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Summer took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained our options clearly, helped us stay within budget, and made sure we felt confident about our decision. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. If you’re shopping for furniture, we highly recommend asking for Summer — she made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel easy and enjoyable. Thank you again for such a great experience!
