Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I had an excellent experience working with our furniture sales associate Rachel. She took the time to really understand my needs, especially my back issues, and helped me find the perfect sofa in terms of size, color, and most importantly support. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed, and she offered thoughtful recommendations that truly made a difference. I’m so grateful for her help and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend working with her if you want someone who genuinely cares about getting it right!

I had an excellent experience thanks to the store manager Anthony Marchiano, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. He was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. His willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied made a real difference. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with genuine care, and I truly appreciate his dedication. Highly recommended.

Tony was so patient with us as we chose furniture for our new home, he was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Also, 10/10 adore the pictures of his pet cat Meatball that he showed us when we were concerned about our cats in the furniture. Its refreshing to interact with such engaged, personable staff

I had a wonderful experience with Mary Rice there at Raymour and Flanagan. I honestly am considering going back soon to buy additional furniture I had recently thought of looking elsewhere but changed my mind, Mary was so helpful and sincere that I will go back there. Not only is the furniture there good quality and beautiful but the service is excellent. Thank you Mary!

Wonderful to work with all staff. I had some issues with my purchase and it was taken care of immediately. Why buy anywhere else. Top quality furniture and reasonably priced.
