I love this store! They have the best prices by far and the quality is phenomenal! I dont know how the keep prices low and quality high, but keep doing what your doing! 75% of my home furnishings is from BOBs! I still have 2 more pieces to purchase within the next year. I'll be back, for sure!!!

I arrived on a whim to get an addition to my sofa so I had no information nor my cc with me. Nonetheless the rep. greeted me and assisted with the purchased along with delivery. I was literally in and out less than ten minutes. Great service and she also insured I was well informed about my perks!

The price with Bob’s Discount Furniture is very affordable. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because the estimated delivery time for my sofa is almost 2 months — not until July 15. I would have given them 5 stars if the wait time wasn’t so long. The salesperson was very friendly, answered all my questions, and also showed us other options we were looking for while helping us compare different sofas. The customer service experience was great overall.
