Great experience. Walked not pushy at all. We were just browsing. Mary Lou was super nice gave us her name if we had questions. We had questions about leather she was great and knowledgeable. Gave us a great deal. Made sure we enrolled in a July 4 raffle. Process was super easy in and out in no time .

Great experience purchasing a sectional that both me and my husband loved. Marylew was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We would shop Ashley's again in Wilmington and request Marylew for any future furniture purchase. Highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised walking into the Wilmington location and being greeted by the marvelous Dominic Jackson. He was very informative and gave a great presentation on the displayed items. He gave great details on what is in stock and how to place different pieces together. We unfortunately will have to wait to buy until after we close on our home at the end of the month but we are for sure coming back and requesting Dominic to assist with all our needs. If you ever need a fresh start or something new come visit the Wilmington, De location and ask for Dominic! You won’t be disappointed!
