Thanking Becky for a great experience! Having limited hearing makes going places in public with all the background noise just torture. Today, I walked into the Raymour & Flanigan store on Transit that a friend had told me about and saw a group of gentlemen salespeople and was disappointed because it's so hard to hear male voices as they're much lower than female, so it's much harder to have any conversation. But a 30-something saleswoman named Becky came up to me and asked me what I was there for. She was so friendly and I could hear every word she said. I told her I was there for a recliner and wanted to see the outlet part of the store. She was happy to take me there and when we got there, I asked her if the manual recliners are in a certain part of the store and she said, do you mind if I walk with you? And I have to say, that's the first time a salesperson asked me if I wanted to be escorted. She was just a breath of fresh air. She showed me her favorite chair as we walked towards the doors a few manual ones were gathered which was really nice, but it was electric, which was not what I wanted. However, after quite a number of manuals chairs, I found that I have other requirements that I had never thought about. Finally, I asked her about trying an electric recliner, that was interesting because I had never tried one and I was shocked to find that the electronic chair suited my needs , which were the reason I was there to buy a chair in the first place better than the manual ones did. Completely unexpected. narrowed it down to 3 choices, then 2, because I'll be moving the chair myself. Top selling point was how easy it was to get In-N-Out of this chair. Some were too low and some were too tall - I really felt like Goldilocks and those 3 bears, but what a great experience it turned out to be! Becky gave me time to think through my choices - prob saw the steam coming out of my ears! I want to Note that Becky actually made the buying process fun and that has never been the case for me. So if you're a person who wants to have an enjoyable experience and not be pressured at all, but to just have some fun, look for Becky who is there 4-9 on Tue&Fri and 11-7 Saturday. I'll be going back for a bench I saw too that's much sturdier than the one I have! Can't wait to get my chair home! I'll update about their delivery process when that happens!

Elyse is a truly fantastic home furnishing and sleep consultant! I am so grateful I got connected with her as soon as I entered the store. I’ve never gone mattress shopping before, so Elyse made things really easy for me. I told Elyse I was a side sleeper and that I didn’t want something too firm, but I didn’t even need to because she’s that good at what she does. By simply laying on a mattress, Elyse immediately could tell if I was properly aligned and whether it was a great fit. I tried at least 8 different mattresses, and Elyse was able to help me find the perfect one. I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me find the right match and to guide me through the sales process. I also really appreciated that Elyse didn’t just try to sell the most expensive mattress, but rather the best fit for me. I didn’t notice a difference between two different price point mattresses, so we went with the less expensive option. Being in sales myself, that was super refreshing. The 48 month 0% interest financing option was also nice so I can rest easy on price lol. I really appreciate Amber at the front desk for answering all of my questions getting my online account set up so I didn’t have to worry about it. They send you a welcome packet in the mail that explains everything for you. Shout out to my delivery guys Zion and Dominic who were super quick and efficient setting up my bed. We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. Our sales associate Octavio was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process without ever being pushy. He gave us time to look around, answered all of our questions, and made the experience stress free and enjoyable. The couch we chose also has some really great features and feels very durable and well made. Definitely appreciated the customer service and would shop here again! We recommend.

Hendrik was our salesman, he let us walk around and look at what we wanted with no pressure. I have bought all my furniture thru Raymour & Flanagan. We love their furniture and the prices. We ended up getting a new sofa. I would highly recommend Raymour & Flanagan.
