Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

We were looking at many different patio sets for our newly remodeled porch. We had not found anything we really wanted and decided to check out Raymour. We are very happy we did. Our soon to arrive patio furniture is well made, sturdy, weather resistant and extremely comfortable. We are looking forward to many years of relaxing on it. We had a good experience with our salesperson at Raymour as well. He was friendly, professional, answered all my questions and made the purchase easy.

Adam assisted us and was very helpful. He let us wander through the store at our own pace which was wonderful and was nearby when we had questions. It's nice to be able to take your time and sit on the furniture. We found a chair and were able to take a fabric sample home to make sure it would work. It did so we purchased the chair. Great customer service! He was knowledgeable and fun to work with. Adam called me the next day to let me know the chair was now available for delivery sooner than expected. So happy! We have outfitted our home with R&F pieces in the past and are most pleased with the quality. We get lots of compliments from family and friends. R&F is our go to store. Thank you, Lisa

From the time my wife and I walked in the store and met Raymour & Flanigen’s sales consultant Wendy Johnson, our experience in selecting a new bed & mattress was low key, no pressure, informative and enjoyable. By the time we were done, we found exactly what we needed at a fair price.

Communication is not a strong suit..My wife called to get a replacement couch. Instead of scheduling for a delivery, they just announced they're coming. My wife called to cancel with no response. Tudsy, we just got a notification our technician is on their way. I'm getting ready for work. This is not how you do business. You do not just announce when you're showing up. You lost my business. We are NEVER buying furniture from you again.

The delivery guys were so friendly. They took great care bringing in my desk. Removed their shoes and made sure they didn’t damage anything. Cleaned up all the packing materials.
