We love our new couch and chair. It is perfect for what we wanted and looks beautiful. Kristina was helpful and listened to it needs and directed us to the perfect choice. The delivery was on time and the men were careful yet persistent to get the furniture through our narrow doorway. Very happy with our purchase.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick at the N. Falls Blvd location. It's great to see there are still true professionals out there. He knew the product, he knew the process, and most importantly he knew how to talk to customers. He spent a ton of time with us too. Thank you Nick! The couch is terrific. Noreen, the saleswoman I dealt with, was terrific. The problem is that I was told it would be delivered in 5 weeks. It took 12 weeks. Noreen was very apologetic and thanked me for patience and promised I would be given a gift card when the couch was delivered. It was delivered today, and the delivery guys were terrific. But, of course, no gift card. Better communication would help.

I have bought my furniture from Raymour for decades now. It is always a pleasant experience. You are greeted at the door in case you have questions or are looking for a specific piece of furniture and would like to be directed to it. If you would like to browse, they leave you to do that, but I appreciate the knowledge they have for each piece and often "pick their brains" for details. It's a great furniture store!

I am so pleased with the customer service I received here! Christina and Mike (store manager) were soooo kind and helpful to me. I came in so frustrated because of the horrible service and experience i had at american freight. she was empathic and sold me a great mattress at an amazing price. Mike and her helped me put the mattress on top of my brothers car and tie it down in the pouring rain. They were beyond patient and kind. I will forever recommend this store to others.
