The furniture is beautiful and solid! The prices were competitive and the store has great variety to explore. My only advice would be for the staff to be aware, when a person applies for their credit, and it shows a customer's credit is frozen (due to the customer freezing their credit) the customer should not apply again for 30 days. I went home, unfroze my credit and applied 3 days later when I went back to the store and applied again only to be denied based on Comenity's policy. Instead, I was left to feel a certain way. I did not feel bad, I know what my credit is and proceeded to pay for my furniture and left. The delivery personnel were awesome and I have no regrets!

Michael Richards, the furnishing consultant in the Mechanicsburg store, was knowledgeable and helpful, and Luis and Eli, the delivery guys, were quick and professional. The couch is perfect - and it was delivered within one week. Highly recommend!!
View on GoogleBought a Stearns & Foster mattress and generic box spring from this R&F store, with the knowledge that the new type of adjustable box spring / metal cage could be modified to be 5” tall or 9” tall. We were very clear we needed the base to be 5” tall. The two small men from the 3rd party delivery company marked-up the ceiling when they tried to shove our old mattress out of the room, and didn't adjust the box spring (which apparently came set-up at 9” however we didn’t realize this until they left). Unfortunately the same 3rd party company came back at the request of R&F to adjust the base since we had a dozen cotter pins and screws left over after we adjusted it ourselves, and even though the delivery guys took pics of the marks on the ceiling and we spoke to their boss, they never made good on re-painting the ceiling. Sadly, R&F never followed-up to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We spent $3,400 at this store, and the crappy post-Sales experience reflects directly on R&F, especially after the Sales guy dumped us on Service to make good on the delivery issues. All it would have taken is a phone call to follow-up, but we were told they’re swamped at this time of year. Do not recommend.
View on GoogleWhat a great experience with Raymour & Flanigan! I saw a set online that I was interested in and was hoping they'd have it in store so I could test it out, and they did! I was not ready to buy, and let the sales guy Semir know that, but he still took plenty of time to talk me through the set, what options were available, delivery estimates, etc; he answered all of my questions and gave me some great information and brochures to take with me. A couple of weeks later he reached out to check in, but again, we were not ready. Well fast forward another few weeks and he texted me to give me a heads up that a great sale was coming up, and not only were we ready to buy the set, but the sale was so good I tacked on an extra chair to go with it! I walked in on Saturday at 5PM, the process was short and sweet and everything was just delivered, 3 days later! The delivery guys were quick, efficient and very nice. I've already shared pictures and my experience with family friends and would highly recommend!
