Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I love my new piece of furniture for my kitchen. It’s perfect. My salesperson, Belinda Johnston was extremely helpful. I never felt any pressure. Once my decision was made she asked questions so the item was delivered when it was convenient for me. I would highly recommend her.

I am looking for new furniture. I have been to 4 furniture stores and a mattress store. Sherrie at Raymour and Flanaghan makes other sales people look from “okay” to “bad!”I have a new mattress from a mattress store which was very expensive but is not a great mattress. I have serious back trouble and need the best mattress I can find, I had looked at a bedroom set with Sherrie which I loved but it is just too big for my small bedroom. She was honest and told me that. My daughter and I were so impressed with her that I asked if she could help me choose a wonderful mattress. She said “of course!”Believe me, Raymour and Flanaghan is the place to get a mattress. There was no one in the mattress department. She led me to a mattress and had me lie on it while she was with another customer. I felt like I was lying on a cloud! I was thrilled and fell asleep! She wanted me to try other mattresses which I did but kept going back to that one. It is made the way mattresses used to be made, with cotton and other natural materials. I will be buying it and returning to Sherrie for my furniture needs. I saw so many beautiful rugs there etc.

Delivery estimates were a little off and the arrival time kept getting pushed later. Delivery team broke my neighbor’s outdoor light glass cover when carrying couches, but they did the right thing and cleaned up the glass snd left a note on their door (since they weren’t home). They did a good job though getting some heavy furniture up 2 flights of stairs to my condo.

We are very happy we chose Raymour and Flanagan for the purchase of our new couch. From the time we first went in to the payment transaction, we were able to go at our own pace and enjoy the experience. Our salesperson, Patrick, gave us the space we needed but was never further than a wave away. Patrick answered every question and we had some fun along the way. Even paying was pleasant with Jamal. Thank you to Raymour. We know we made the right choice.

Michelle Arnolt helped me with many purchases over a few visits to the store. Her professionalism and amazing customer service that she displays, keeps me coming back to Raymor, again and again when I need something. The rest of the staff all seemed really knowledgeable and caring as well on my numerous visits. Overall, Raymor provides a consistently pleasant shopping experience.
