Sleep Number

Kelly Ann was wonderful! She helped us get exactly what we were looking for. She was so kind explained everything to us. She was such a pleasant sales lady. You felt very comfortable talking with her. Overall she made our shopping for a mattress so easy and seamless. We are very happy with our sleep #. Sleeping much better now! Our delivery was as smooth as possible also. The delivery gentleman were very cautious and kind. They also explained everything! Over all from beginning to end everything was wonderful! Could not recommend sleep # bed and Kelly Ann enough!

I had a great experience working with Kellyann and Annabel. I was immediately greeted by Annabel, who I learned was a recent hire, but she was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding the right pillow. Kellyann worked alongside her, providing guidance and helpful overviews while I tested several options. Thanks to both of them, I found the perfect pillow and ended up purchasing two! I will absolutely be a returning customer.

Working with Kellyanne was really easy. She wasn’t pushy and provided all the information I asked for and gave very candid opinions on the different mattresses which we really appreciated. She actually was communicating with me primarily via text message which was very convenient for my busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Kelly Ann Kelly was an amazing salesperson. She was caring and helpful. She made sure I understood all the details from how the mattress works to what to do for delivery. Everything was transparent and openly explained, especially the pricing, and she made sure to get the best deal possible. Even though it was a hard decision to make, Kelly listening to all my concerns and questions made the process smooth, easy, and hard to refuse. If you visit the store, be sure to ask for Kelly!

Friendly and informative service, no pressure shopping process. Very helpful in selecting bed that fit our needs. Variety of beds in store to test.
