Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

We had a wonderful experience working with Chris at Raymour & Flanagan. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire furniture selection process easy and stress-free. Chris took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and ensured everything was arranged for delivery smoothly and professionally. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We truly appreciated her help and would gladly work with her again in the future!

I would especially like to thank Lynn, the manager of Customer Care for going above and beyond to help me with a situation that I had regarding my service plan. She most definitely followed through, and made sure that she got back to me and communicated with the people that were facilitating addressing my needs, and I am so eternally grateful for her. Thank you for being a dedicated customer care manager and for exemplifying what customer service is about!! Eternally grateful for having you be the one to help me, and there should be more kind people like you in this universe. Blessings to you!

Could not be happier with the selection of furniture from R&F. The quality is exceptional. In store Staff and delivery team were a-one. I was amazed at the selections available on display in the Voorhees NJ store. Delivery and set up was completed in just a couple of days. Highly recommend.

Lovely furniture store, a lot of choices , I’m very happy with my purchase. My sales person Chris was very helpful, she went out of her way to measure a table to ascertain if it would be appropriate with the sofa I had purchased. I’m certain I will continue to be a customer.

Enjoyed my buying experience at Raymour & Flanigan. The furniture we purchased was exactly what we were looking for our living and family rooms. The sales associate and manager were very helpful.
